The Charter Township of Texas is currently seeking a professional Planning/Architectural/Engineering Firm to guide the design and implementation of an updated Township Hall. In 2016, the Township underwent a Feasibility Study, which indicated that the current Township Hall does not support the current or future needs of the Township. In fact, since the construction of our current facility, our staff has more than doubled. Given the rapid growth and development of our township, especially over the past ten years, we recognize the need for substantial changes to our facility.
As such, we are interested in obtaining the services of a firm that is committed to helping us create a collaborative and innovative workspace that maximizes our operational efficiency and assists us with providing exceptional service to our residents, businesses, and visitors. We are also extremely committed to fiscal responsibility and are looking for a firm who shares that same commitment.
Below you will find an RFQ which outlines the proposed timeline for the project and indicates the proposal requirements. Please submit your sealed qualifications by Tuesday, October 3rd at 4:00 p.m. to Julie VanderWiere, Superintendent, 7110 West Q Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. We look forward to learning more about you and your firm!
