Just before noon Rescue 1151, Engine 1111 and EM 1109 responded to I-94 in the area of the 71 mile marker for a rollover accident with reports that the vehicle was on fire.  Units arrived and found a SUV which had been towing a large travel trailer had rolled over.  The trailer had become separated from the SUV and rested on opposite sides of the expressway.  Bystanders had extinguished the fire in the SUV prior to fire/rescue units arriving on the scene.

Two patients were found to have serious to critical injuries sustained in the crash with one being ejected from the vehicle.  Rescue 1151 and Engine 1111 provided medical treatment with Pride Care EMS while EM 1109 provided traffic control.  Both patients were transported to a local trauma unit for further treatment.  TTFD remained on scene to assist with traffic control and removal of debris from the roadway.
