Just after 4:00 PM TTFD Engines 1111 and 1121, Tanker 1161, Mattawan Truck 2541 and Oshtemo 532 responded to the 300 block of Pepper Drive in the Treasure Island area for a reported chimney fire. 

Upon investigation it was found that the fire was out however smoke had entered the main and second story of the home.  Crews removed the still burning contents of the fire place and preformed ventilation to remove the smoke.  All units returned to service with in an hour.
