Welcome to the Texas Township Farmers’ Market – “Fresh on Q!” where our community gathers to celebrate fresh, local foods and the rich agricultural diversity of southwest Michigan!
The “Fresh on Q!” Farmers’ Market will tentatively open its 2021 season on Saturday, May 8 and will be taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These include requiring vendors and shoppers to wear masks, providing hand sanitizer at entry points, and practicing social distancing.
The market is located at 7110 West Q Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 in the Joyce I. Neubauer Farmers’ Market Pavilion.
Our market exists to create a sense of community for Texas Township and surrounding areas, to promote local businesses and create economic development around foods that are grown, raised, and processed locally, and to raise awareness about the rich and diverse agricultural areas in southwest Michigan.
