- Authorized Staff to apply for permit with Road Commission of Kalamazoo County on behalf of the 37th Annual Wish-A-Mile Bicycle Tour Fundraiser on July 26-28.

- Approved quote from S&T Lawn Service for lawn maintenance services at 6th Street Park for the 2025 season.
- Amended the Township Board Meeting schedule by adding Committee of the Whole prior to the April 14, May 12, June 9, and July 14th meetings.
- Directed Administration to re-bid the Maple Hill Splash Pad Shade Structures for installation this fall.

- Met in closed session to consult with Township Attorney regarding trial strategy in the litigation of First Presbyterian Church v Charter Township of Texas pursuant to MCL 15.268 Sec. 8(e).
- Authorized the Attorney to sign the consent judgment regarding the litigation of First Presbyterian Church v Charter Township of Texas in the Kalamazoo County Circuit Court, Case No. 2024-0578-AV
- Met in closed session to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by Statute Under MCL 15.268(h), specifically identified as an Attorney-Client privileged written legal opinion.
