- Approved resignation of Ordinance Enforcement Officer Dale Epkey, with regrets.
- Approved the expenditure of tornado recovery funds in the NTE amount of $500 for the rental of one additional dumpster for wood removal.
- Adopted Ordinance no. 379, Supplemental Regulations for Riparian Property.
- Approved the proposal from Williams & Works for the Master Plan Update with a NTE cost of $50,000.
- Approved the expenditure of $10,750 for consulting services from Emergency Vehicle Response to assist in the development of an RFP for the procurement of a new fire engine.
- Approved the Buildings & Grounds Manager Position Description and promoted Kevin Herbert to Buildings & Grounds Manager.
- Approved a weekly stipend for Zoning Administrator Bret Willis for his additional duties as Ordinance Enforcement Officer until a replacement officer is hired.
- Authorized an increase of $30,000 for HR Consulting Services, with a NTE amount of $60,000 for FY25.
