- Approved the promotion of Probationary Paid-on-call Firefighter Caleb Gollnick to the rank of Firefighter.
- Approved Resolution 25-20, which increases the Crooked Lake SAD #1 assessment amount by 7.77%, as requested by the Crooked Lake Texas Association.
- Approved Resolution 25-21, opting out of PA-152 for the 2026 calendar year.
- Approved Resolution 25-22, establishing the 2026 health insurance plan contributions amount for employees.
- Approved a temporary acting assignment stipend for ordinance enforcement duties.
- Approved Resolution 25-23, authorizing the Q3 budget amendments for fiscal year 2025.
- Approved General and Capital Improvement fund balance assignments for 2025.
- Set the public hearing for the proposed FY 2026 budgets for November 10, 2025 at 6 PM.
- Met in closed session to conduct the annual performance evaluation for the Superintendent.
