As positions become available, we review all applications on file to find the best fit for each role.

Overview on 2026 Board & Committee Openings

Applications are accepted year-round; however, to receive priority consideration for appointment to an upcoming expiring term, please submit your application by Friday, October 31. Applications submitted within the past two years will also be reviewed. Applications received after the priority date will be kept on file and considered for future vacancies. Note: This priority date does not apply to upcoming DDA positions, which will be reviewed in Q1 2026.

How to Apply

Application Review Process

  • As vacancies arise or terms expire, the Township Supervisor and Township Board review all applications on file.
  • Candidates are evaluated based on experience, interest, and alignment with the committee’s purpose.
  • Selected applicants may be contacted for an interview or additional information before final appointment by the Township Board.
  • Appointments are made by recommendation from the Township Supervisor, subject to final approval by the Township Board.

Current & Upcoming Vacancies

Most Township committee and board member terms expire at the end of the calendar year, with some exceptions. Community members interested in learning more about the work of these groups—or in serving on a committee—are encouraged to visit the individual Subcommittee Pages.

Each subcommittee page provides details about current members, meeting schedules, responsibilities, and how to apply for open positions.
